152. Listen and be wise

Proverbs 9:8

“Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate thee: rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee.”

This should teach us to not get mad and put up defenses whenever someone is correcting us. The book of Proverbs says, if someone corrects you and you get mad then you are a fool. Listen to others when they say you may be wrong. Think on it it. Don’t be a scorner.

To be wise is to have failed and then corrected. The correction may be by others or by thyself.

Have a good weekend Ill post again Monday.
